Distance Sales Contract

Distance Sales Contract

This Distance Sales Contract (the "Contract") is entered into by and between MyTrip Travel Agency ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") who purchases services via the Seller’s website.

1. Subject of the Contract

This Contract governs the sale and provision of travel services offered by the Seller on its website.

2. Contract Formation

The Contract is formed when the Buyer completes the online booking process and receives a confirmation from the Seller. By making a booking, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

3. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the full price for the selected service as indicated on the Seller’s website. Payment is processed securely via the methods available on the website.

4. Delivery of Services

The Seller agrees to deliver the services on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation. In case of any changes, the Seller will notify the Buyer promptly.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of booking, provided that the services have not yet commenced. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in the Seller’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Turkey.

8. Governing Law

This Contract is governed by the laws of Turkey.
